Won this book through first reads I read this book in one afternoon I would put it down and then wonder what was happening and have to pick it back up I ended up liking it, however I think reading the first book of the series helped giving me insight to it I haven t read the second book and will asap I would have liked of Gretchen in this book She barely makes an appearance I wonder where Ms Cain will go with this series of Archie and Gretchen or different characters hmmm Can t wait to see
This is my first Chelsea Cain novel and it won t be my last I was completely pulled into this story It had a great pace and some very good twists and turns It was a little dark and creepy I felt I couldn t look away, it was like glue I don t think I could read too many of these in a row The characters were really well drawn They also all possessed their own uniqueness and played well off each other Some of their comments made me laugh out loud Overall, I enjoyed this.

The 3rd book in the Archie Sheridan and Gretchen Lowell series by author Chelsea Cain I had previously read the first 2 books in the series and enjoyed them but to be honest I found this one less entertaining Maybe the story has worn thin or maybe it was simply that the main character featured a lot less in this novel This series needs to be read in order to fully appreciate and I am willing to give this series another chance with the 4th book.
