Fantastic cookbook Jonas Cramby really knows how to lay out the food he s passionate about The recipes are easy and authentic The pictures make me want to start making each recipe from the first page and work my way through to the last I have this cookbook in ebook form and now I MUST go find a hard copy to add to my cookbook collection I received a copy in exchange for an honest review.
He has some good and interesting ideas for new things, but I wouldn t say all the recipes are classic Tex mex I ve lived in Texas my whole life and have eaten so much Tex mex But it s a really well done cookbook, with beautiful pages, photos, layouts, etc
Must be the best food book ever Have read it from cover to cover many times and every recipe I ve tested has looked better and tasted better than anything I ve ever tried before A must have
