You can t really treat this like a normal book it was written well, dictated by Marco Polo as a memoir of his travels decades after he visited some of these places As a historical text, it s quite interesting It helped to look up some critiques and analysis of the text.
This was aimed at an elementary school audience That is why I didn t like it much I m not sure even elementary age children would care for it.
